Aji Challuaruro Amarillo

This Capsicum baccatum v. pendulum comes from the Peruvian mountains and is therefore well adapted to cooler weather. Their richly branched plants produce high yields of very beautiful pods. They start with a beige-violet veil, and then ripen to a bright yellow. Ají Challuaruro Amarillo has a light to medium heat and can be prepared both unripe and ripe.
