Aji Imbabura

Ají Imbabura (PI 595905) is a medium hot Capsicum baccatum v. pendulum from the Imbabura province in Ecuador. Their strong-growing plants deliver very high yields of elongated, crunchy pods that ripen from green over orange to red. These develop an excellent, berry-like baccatum flavor.
