Aji Orange

Ají Orange is a Capsicum baccatum that produces high yields of bright orange, medium sized pods. These are not only characterized by their excellent baccatum flavor, but also develop a well-balanced, medium heat. Due to their color, the pods can be perfectly processed into a nice looking powder or flakes.
