Ají White Fantasy is the white mutant of Ají Fantasy that was discovered by the Semillas team. This Capsicum baccatum produces crunchy pods with a fruity, tart flavor and a slight citrus note, which are ideal for preparing salsas, chutneys and salads. The creamy white mutant is a little hotter than the original, but still relatively mild.
