Bacio Ciliegia Piccante

Bacio Ciliegia Piccante (= Italian: spicy cherry kiss) – also known as Satan’s Kiss – is an Italian heirloom. The round to teardrop-shaped, very thick-walled pods of this Capsicum annuum taste reminiscent of a jalapeño and visually resemble a cherry tomato. They develop a sweet flavor with a relatively low heat – so the name devil’s kiss is a bit exaggerated. Due to their shape and flavor, they’re particularly suitable for stuffing – in traditional Italian cuisine with anchovies, mozzarella or cream cheese. They are also popular grilled or eaten fresh. A great all-rounder that will not only impress lovers of Italian cuisine.
