Biquinho Amarelo

Biquinho Amarelo (= Portuguese: yellow little beak) is a fantastic Capsicum chinense from Brazil. As it’s the case with its red sister, the compact plants of the Binquinho Amarelo produce numerous, small, teardrop-shaped pods. A real eye-catcher in the garden! The pods have an excellent, slightly smoky, fruity flavor and no heat. They are very suitable as an ingredient for chutneys, marinades, salsas or for grilling. A real all-rounder that not only delights fans of Brazilian cuisine!
