Biquinho Vermelho

Biquinho Vermelho (= Portuguese: red little beak) is a fantastic Capsicum chinense from Brazil. As in the case of its yellow sister, the compact plants of the Binquinho Vermelho produce numerous, small, teardrop-shaped fruits. A real eye-catcher in the garden! The pods have an excellent, slightly smoky, fruity flavor and no heat. They are very suitable as an ingredient for chutneys, marinades, salsas or for grilling.
