Bradleys Bahamian

Bradley’s Bahamian is a very early and high-yielding Capsicum frutescens from the Bahamas named after its discoverer Bill Bradley. It produces Tabasco-like, hot and aromatic pods that ripen from green over orange to red. Although they are similar in heat to Tabasco, their taste is a little sweeter. They are suitable for various types of preparation, both cooked and dried.
