Clavo Peach

Clavo Peach (= Spanish or English: peach-colored claw) was developed in Italy. This beautiful, hot Capsicum chinense produces claw-shaped, medium-hot pods with a very fine citrus note. Initially they have a purple shimmer and then ripen to salmon red. Because of their color, they’re of course particularly suitable for producing a salmon-colored powder or flakes. Their fruity flavor provides every fish or chicken dish with a delicious kick.
