Dwarf Chiltepin
€ 4,00
Price excl. shipping costsDwarf Chiltepin is a real rarity. It’s a wild variety from Hermosillo in Mexico. Chiltepins grow wild in the south of the USA and Mexico. They’re an essential part of the cuisine of various Indian tribes. There, they’re dried and then crumbled over the meal. Because of their heat, not many flakes are necessary to provide a plate with that famous chiltepin kick. The plants of this Capsicum annuum v. glabriusculum are richly branched and grow up to around 3ft in one year of cultivation. They’ve got an early flower setting. So they provide excellent yields of small, very hot pods.
