Edes Füszerpaprika

The Füszerpaprika is a traditional variety from Hungary. It’s used to produce high-quality, sweet paprika powder (edes füszer = Hungarian: even as a spice). The large, thin-walled pods of this Capsicum annuum ripen to dark red and are easy to dry. Before grinding the dried pods, remove the seeds to get the best quality powder. Besides powder, the Edes Füszerpaprika also makes for a delicious salad, for grilling or a great snack. A real, high-quality all-rounder!
