Golden Cayenne

Golden Cayenne – or Yellow Cayenne – is the yellow version of the classic Cayenne (also available in this shop). This Capsicum annuum is a very productive and early variety that produces very hot pods (hotter than the red variety). Due to their color, the pods are naturally predestined to produce a bright yellow chili powder. Because of their flavor, they also make a great fresh snack or can be processed into a delicious salsa. A very nice all-rounder!
