Grenada Seasoning

This aromatic Capsicum chinense comes from the island of Grenada in the Antilles. Their very productive plants produce numerous pods with low heat, a fruity-sweet flavor and a fine citrus note. They are ideal for preparing fruity salsas or chutneys with a slight kick of heat.
