This bell pepper with the attractive name comes from the Institute of Vegetable Breeding and Seed Production in Moscow, one of the oldest scientific institutes for plant breeding. Healthy is an early Capsicum annuum that is also suitable for cultivation in cooler regions. It develops a spicy, sweet flavor and is therefore ideal for making sweet paprika powder. But you can use this pepper for refining various (not just traditional Russian) dishes.
