Montserrat

Montserrat – also known as Tomate Rosa due to its light coloring – is a heavy beefsteak tomato with Spanish roots. It develops a fine, sweet and only slightly acid flavor. Their large fruits have big chambers. Therefore, they’re particularly suitable for stuffing (Tomate Relleno), for topping burgers, and of course also for refining salads. For a reason, this tomato is also very popular beyond the borders of its country of origin.
