Ñora

Ñora (pronounced: Neora) is an old Spanish heirloom. The plants of this Capsicum annuum are quite compact. They produce thick-walled, aromatic pods that develop the size of a small apple. Their mild heat is localized in the placental tissue. They’re especially delicious when stuffed with goat cheese and bacon and then gratinated in the oven.
