Paradeisfrüchtiger

As the name suggests, Paradeisfrüchtiger has Austrian roots. This is a very beautiful pepper in the shape of a beefsteak tomato. The pods of this Capsicum annuum, which can be consumed at any stage of ripeness, are thick-walled, crunchy and aromatic. They ripen from green to red and don’t develop any heat. Due to its shape, this wonderful variety is of course ideal for stuffing (e.g. with cabbage or meat).
