Pickles

Pickles – also known as accession PI 159259 or Aji Pickles – is a very vigorous Capsicum baccatum from the USA. As you may presume, it’s particularly suitable for pickling. Its large, thin-walled and very aromatic pods ripen from green to orange. They develop only a low heat. In addition to pickling, they can also be eaten fresh or processed into an aromatic, orange-colored powder.
