Purple Tiger

Purple Tiger – also called Trifetti and Variegata – is a real rarity. This Capsicum annuum develops variegated leaves and very interestingly shaped pods with medium heat. They ripen from green to red with purple stripes and finally to completely red. Due to its appearance, the variety is of course ideal as an ornamental chili. The aroma of the pods is just as convincing, which is why they can be used in many culinary ways. A very nice all-rounder.
