Rocoto Gelbe Riesen

Rocoto Gelbe Riesen (= German: Rocoto Yellow Giant) is a Capsicum pubescens from South America. Both plants and pods are in fact gigantic. Their large pods with a tolerable heat have approximately the same dimensions as those of the Giant Rocoto. Therefore, they’re particularly suitable for preparing the famous Rocoto Relleno (stuffed Rocoto).
