Saloniki

Saloniki – or Thessaloniki – is an excellent beef tomato developed by the Greek Ministry of Agriculture. It comes from the region around the Greek port city of Thessaloniki. Its very uniform, scarlet-red, juicy tomatoes develop an excellent, slightly sweet, berry-like flavor. This variety is resistant to sunburn, fungal infections and burst resistant. An excellent product that every tomato lover will enjoy.
