Yellow Rocoto

Yellow Rocoto – also known as Yellow Manzano Pepper – is a medium hot Capsicum pubescens. Its very large lemon-yellow pods are very juicy. As they only reach a medium heat level, they can be used in many culinary ways, especially in salsas or for stuffing.
