Payment Terms
For our European customers: Please send a SEPA bank wire to the following account.

For our customers from Canada and the United states: We accept credit card and Google Pay. You'll receive a payment link in a separated email after placing your order.
Depending on our office time (8-18:00 CET) this may take some time. We're working on a more customer-friendly and comfortable solution.

All prices on our website are subject to change without notice. Orders will be invoiced at the price prevailing at the time of order. We will not be responsible for pricing errors.

Items Sold Out
Although we make strong efforts that all items offered in our shop are available, it may be the rare case that an item is sold out. In this case we will ask for a replacement item.

All orders will be shipped via standard airmail after receipt of your payment. The processing time after receiving your payment will be kept as short as possible, where most orders are shipped after 1-2 working days. During high season in December and January the processing can take 2-4 working days.
We inform you that during the Christmas holiday season (from November until January) there is an increased risk for delays and losses.

Therefore, we shall not be liable for delays or lost mailings, in case of orders that are placed between the 1st of November and the 31st of January. We highly recommend our custumers to order their seeds early no later than October and like that minimize the risk.
If a mailing can't be delivered due to a wrong shipment address you indicated when placing your order, we shall not be liable. We also don't carry any risk if products are confiscated at customs. Please check the import regulations of your country before placing the order. We don't provide any certificates. This is especially relevant for customers from the United States.

Cancel an Order - Return of Merchandise
We grant the right to cancel an order within a period of two weeks. This can be done by email if the order hasn´t been delivered already or by sending back all items. Return of merchandise is only accepted, if the seed packages haven´t been opened and all shipping fees have been payed. We will refund only the value of undamaged items received. Shipping costs are carried by the customer.

We are not responsible for damage after delivery to the carrier. All claims for storage and damage must be reported to the carrier immediately and filed with the carrier by the customer.

Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Seeds are living organisms and germination rates depend on physical conditions that are outside of our influence. Therefore we do not give any warranty on germination rates.
Our Liability is limitated to the value of the items delivered.
All complaints regarding incomplete or erroneous shipments must be made within 10 days after receipt of the shipment.

Privacy / Protection of Data
Our shop software works with a session id, so no data are saved in cookies. Until the page of checkout, where a customer enters his name, shipping address and email address, there is no collection of any other data.

After checkout, name, shipping address and email address are saved in a order record, that’s used for processing and shipping of the order after payment received.

Due to gouverment regulations we must store these data for a minimum of 6 years. After 6 years these data are deleted.

Received and sent emails regarding any requests are deleted after 6 months except in case of reclamations regarding orders, where the data are stored for 1 year due to regulations.

Stored personal data of customers aren’t provided to third partys and are used only for the entire order process.
