Aji Guaguao

Ají Guaguao (CAP 766) is a hot Capsicum frutescens from Cuba. Their richly branched, strong-growing plants are absolute mass producers that provide numerous pods up to 0.8in in size. They are ripe when they fall from the stem after being slightly pressed. Pass your cooked pods through a sieve and use them for a hot salsa.
