Barbaras Antipodes FH

Barbara’s Antipodes is the result from a cross-breeding experiment by the German hobby breeder Florian Hauch. It’s the result of crossing a Bhut Jolokia with a sweet pepper. Their cone-shaped, medium-thick pods provide an increased heat level that’s usually only achieved by smaller Capsicum annuum varietes. The heat is predominantly localized in the red-colored placenta. Barbara’s Antipodes is particularly suitable for BBQ.
