NuMex Big Jim

This gigantic chili, which is often considered the longest in the world, comes from the NuMex series of the Chile Pepper Institute in New Mexico, USA. This Capsicum annuum produces huge pods that are up to 12in long. They’re very crunchy, develop a low heat and are particularly suitable for grilling.
